5 Things I Want To Help My Audience With
I’m here to start sharing my story! I want to share my healing journey! And help others find their selves as well. I started working on myself around 2019, personal development, and self-love. I’m hoping that my sharing of my story helps other women. I want to be a source for women who are also working on being their best version.
1.Mindfulness
Mindfulness means maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment, through a gentle, nurturing lens. Mindfulness plays a big part in self-development! Most times we forget to stop and think what are we doing? We as humans get caught up in the busy rat race called life. A person’s actions/attitude determines how we solve solutions.
2.Boundaries
Personal boundaries are the limits and rules we set for ourselves within relationships. People with healthy boundaries can say “no” to others when they want to. I am currently learning the importance of boundaries. Most people have self-doubt, uncertainty, and uneasiness about themselves due to not setting personal boundaries verbally. I am currently going through this now. As I start setting personal boundaries with people in my life I will share with you how that is progressing with the resources I am using. PS the word NO can seem so powerful, but realistically I feelit is a person’s perception of it.
3.Habits
Habits are defined as routines that are practiced regularly. I know I have created a lot of bad habits due to personal triggers. It’s very interesting to be more self-aware to learn about your habits that a person does not realize they do daily.
4.Manifestation’s
The word ‘manifestation’ means to create something or turn something from an idea into a reality. I believe what you say and believe in will come to terms. Whether it is positive or negative.
5.Understand that failure builds strength
More times than not people are told failing is unacceptable. Why??? How are we supposed to learn and grow from the mistakes that we endure? If we don’t fail we won’t try to do better and become better! Every time something ends I need to take a step back and assess, why did this happen. What can I learn from this? I see more than not people sulking in their self-pity. What does this do for us?
These five topics have been great tools for me! I love being able to keep growing and developing myself! I want to do better for my children to break the cycles I see in my family, and that has been seen in me. Now that I’ve started working on myself, and my healing journey I found a love for it! Knowing the help and positivity I have gotten from people I know want to share and help others as well!
